Well it all leads down to the character personalities you like in certain anime I just like the way that Inoue's personality has her being completely spaced out a lot, but at certain times more serious times its not, but it probably also helps that I think that her and Ichigo would be a better couple. So its not that her character is any better really, its just that really dont like Rukia's personality.

If you were smart, then you would back up your statement with a good reason. I have looked at her side, she really has no reason to be whiny and crying all the time.
