When somebody betrays your trust
Posted 4/22/08
I usually forgive them, but I have a hard time forgetting, unfortunately.

it depends on how deep my relationship with that person is. if it's that deep, i try to forgive and move on. but i may never forget what she or he has done to me...

When somebody betrays your trusts . . . you throw them out the window along with the chair when you found out that you were pregnant .

I simply leave the weakling behind. I have time for no one who turns against me. In time they'll bring upon their own destruction and I'll be there for the final blow.

if it was someone insignificant or not very important then i won't care because they can't hurt me very much to begin with but if it was someone that i cared deeply for, i would be extremely hurt and shattered. naturally i would listen to what they have to say and although i may not be able to be completely 'angry' and 'hate' them for it, i believe things would never be the same. i just simply won't ever let them have that kind of power over my well being again. i will relinquish the trust. if you feel truly bitter then don't get angry, get even.

well what happened to you then?

When I needed my boyfriend, he left and drinked + smoked. He swore he'd never do it again but still now..

LOL i know so many girls whose boyfriends did the same thing during the same type of situations.

all i can say is that guys are pussies and they'd rather get high and have a happy time instead of getting stressed out due to someone else's problems even if it is their gf's problems.

but yea good thing you talked to him about it ^__^

This has happened to me quite a few times actually.. It's definitely hard to deal with but it teaches you to be less diligent in trusting people. You gotta put your guard up a lot and really watch what you say/do. I find that it's really harder to trust the people I know at school.

Just give yourself some time to get over it all and then be more cautious. It's true when they say that the only person you can ever TRULY trust is yourself.

it is very difficult to decide, depends how important that person is to you. it is sad and makes you suffer but i guess everyone of us go through that phase and sometimes we can also hurt other`s without knowing, it`s part of life unfortunetly.

What do you do? This happened to me today and I'm just lost.. What kind of experience have you had in this subject? Did you ever get over it?

I didn't see any topics involving this matter, but if it's a double-post then you may delete it.

Let it be a lesson to you. Don't trust people so much.
