Don't strain it. let its rest. Massage it if can.

PLEASE DO NOT GO BACK TO SPARRING OR COMPETITIONS AS SOON AS YOU HEAL. when it "heals" its just means its connected. Its takes two weeks or so for it to really heal, connect and have grown stronger. Give it time

and don't sleep with your front laying on the bed lol.

hhmm i'll take the advise of taking a long shower at night.. in the daytime i gotta go straight to work.
I massage my legs ALOT too..
damn gotta buy some veggies.. =) at work I get a salad to get my fibers, and also strengthen the immunity of my organs.
Got get that meat for Protein. but the bath, carbs, veggies especially DGLV. (dark green leafy vegetables), I'm going to exert too
knowing the lack of oxygen distributes to Lack of energy.. Lack of ATP and reduce hyperthyroidism, too strengthen my endocrine system for growth, and locomotion of nutrients through my blood vessels.. Get with me here.. If I've been training with strengthening my stances, and jogging, and whatsoever.
then what's also afecting is not my legs also.. but My other system., and not just my muscles but my bones.., and My brain
..maybe lack of this relaxation..,and overexertion.. is stressing parts of my body,,
after the BATH.. I WILL GIVE MYSELF A MASSAGE..
ESPECIALY MY KIDNEYS, AND yoga stretch.. my core.. cuz its protected by my ribs lol

the oil I'll give it a try. do I kep the oil there?

So killing two birds with one stone? sure. and do the end part of your schedule
cuz the TV and computer lights delay my rest.

for the oil, if you feel uncomfortable you can take a quick shower right before bed as i reckon it probably will feel awkward at first.

as for the food yes. everything is interconnected in the body. There is no such thing as one thing for one thing like how there in no really one gene for one specific trait.

I did Anatomy and Physiology and doing Microbiology now so now I can see how my food and outside environment affects my body. But more importantly how the body system affect each other.
---like the reason why moving around or exercising help stave off the urge to go when you want to go to the bathroom but can't is because the body focuses its energy on the muscles and not the urinary system. yes, weird things we do as humans are sometimes rather from simple reasons lol.

As for the my end of the bargain-It shall be done. I shall keep you guys in touch and i'm starting tuesday as i'm procrastinating now and will stop doing so after today lol.

i do the 30 min to hour bath approach now.. thank you.. i feel much calmer and less prone.. and also the oil.. but i used veggie oil cuz i didn't have olive oil.. but it moistened my hands right up!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! I'm happy so for you. as for veggie oil i think its ok though it won't give you the content and health benefits as olive oil would. as for my training menu, its hard to do an keep up with other things but i feel so refreshed and more energetic. i also feel in synergy with nature around me.

you know whats cool with energy.. it is neither created nor destroyed... but it must find a source.. to start and end, and restart.

when its continuous .. attack kick, grapple, attack, defend... cuz i believe if you attack, or get hit,, fast but you keep moving forward past the hit, then you wont feel much of the pain.

Learn to relax your body by learning to clear your mind and focus on the moment. Meditation and experience are best teachers here. Remeber, you're just a guiding the force/energy/chi passing through you by using your body dynamics. Don't think...Feel(Bruce Lee lol).
If you're looking for more technical stuff research the science behind dynamic tension. Chinese martial arts have been incorperating it for centuries like the Shoalin Hung Gar famous for it's use power, speed and deadly techniques.
