Ever come up with a great Manga idea, but lack the skills to make it?

It's a lack of motivation. That's why I need to either draw my manga with someone else or just write the story and illustrate a few select scenes. I think that I'd be able to do a manga by myself if I was paid to, because money is motivation. But that won't ever happen.
