Basically, it seems like an assistance tool for breathing exercises.

Never actually used one, but it seems interesting, and seems to work well from what I've seen. I know breathing exercises are reliable anyway. May buy for parent(s) sometime.

To bellow: Uh...what do you mean by starting with nah? Just showing your dislike for the product? Anyway like I said, its just a simple tool to help with breathing. I you would like to go more into actual breathing techniques by all means go ahead.

Nah, yoga teaches you the same thing without having to pay for a nifty gadget. It's called fire breathing, and the rest is meditative breathing. *Shock*

I haven't been stressed in like 3 years I just don't dwell on anything anymore... I stopped caring about the pressure of getting it done and just started to focus on fun.

Yeah. the best tools to take away stress is right amount of sleep,exercise(yoga, pilates or simply running) and good food.

Working out, sleep or breathing exercises help me take a load off when my head hurts. But probably realizing life in a developed nation is much easier than the hardships the rest of the world deals with should at least give some comfort and and an impetus to not take everything so seriously, as one could be much worse off.

i sing!!!! hehehehehehehehe!!! sometimes i play the guitar while i sing but mi fingers get sore then i get stressed coz their in pain! lolz!!!
