It really all depends why you broke up in the first place, how long you were going out for, how close you were, and then how long afterwards it is.
Personally, I'm best friends with two of my ex boyfriends. One of them had another girlfriends since me, and yes, of corse it felt weird seeing them with another girl because I was pretty close to him in our relationship. I felt that twinge of jealousy of corse but its only because I remembered that that was once me. The first time I saw them together, I kind of shrunk away from sight because I thought it would be awkward to strike up a conversation, but in the end he's still my best friend and so it's nomlonger awkward for me. And another one of my exes is going out with a close girl mate of mine too so, heh, maybe I'm not the best person to answer this haha  |

I'm best friends with my exes, still. We were friends before the relationship and we're friends after it. We just get along better without that romantic attachment. If I saw them with other people it'd be kind of awkward, but overall I'd get over it because we're still friends. Problem is I tend to be over protective and get pretty brotherly when it comes to them dating. If they're gonna be with someone it better damn well be someone that'll treat them right. But... If the break up was recent it'd still be kinda awkward regardless. |
