well, i heard Sharmell, Booker's wife, is having her twins this month. i saw a pic of her and Michelle Mcool at the wedding and it looks like shes about to burst! ahaha! but her giving birth this month could either mean Booker is getting back to action soon, or wont be in action anymore at all. only time will tell...

im pretty sure he prolly wont be back in either TNA or WWE. id be surprised if he did. i only mentioned him cuz this thread is about who id like to see come back, not about whos definitely coming back...
but i will surely miss seeing him in the ring cuz he was one of my favs... his feud with Austin was very memorable to me, especially their supermarket brawl

another wrestler who id like to see come back is Andre the Giant! i wouldve loved to see him up against the Big Show for a fantasy match! for some reason i wanna see somebody put Big Show in his place! but no one i currently see could possibly come close. in my opinion i think Andre couldve whooped the Show if they were to ever meet... RIP Andre The Giant

but last i heard, i think he was doing lucha libre or something down there south of the border... idk

HAHA!!!

i posted that waaaaay back in August of 2010!

even if it was only for that ONE appearance, it was well worth it! glad my kid got to see him live on PPV!

i started watching Booker T when i was just a kid! prolly at the age my daughter is right now! back then, Book was a fresh new talent in WCW wrestling with his bro as the Harlem Heat! he had skills, but was really raw at that time. i saw a star in the making and he was right away one of my favs!

he started off a bit awkward on the mic and a little unfamiliar in interviews, but he had ring talent! through the years, u can actually see his skill-set grow and his own unique style develop! he became comfortable on the mic and was cutting promos like a master, all while showing his true personality through it all! then they gave him his push as WCW crumbled and he became the last WCW World Heavyweight Champion while the company was still on TNT.

but his run didnt end there. i was PISSED when he first met the Rock, and the Rock called him "Booker who?"(or something like that). later throughout his years with the WWE, Booker T only got bigger and BIGGER ending up with 6 title reigns and a King of the Ring win.

all hail KING BOOKER!

With how things are and how he's talking to the WWE again, they could sure use the return of Mick Foley in some role. He's open to be in ring but mainly looking to help on TV in a non-wrestling role it looks like which is fine, like the RAW GM or even his old commissioner or commentary role (if Vince would STOP being on the headsets of commentary like he's been for years getting them to bicker [Cole and King or Cole and Booker T] or get potshots in on talent/other commentators/the fanbase as Mick said he left last time due to this) it would be good as he's always been one of the few who puts others ahead of himself to get the youth over. Bang bang!

At the moment the guys being talked about and considered for a return, mainly due to a bevy of injuries and suspensions thinning the roster out are:

-Batista
-Bobby Lashley
-John Morrison (who expressed interest in coming back)
-Matt Morgan
-Melina
-Ric Flair
-Sid Justice

Noticing a few notes of talent who are currently outside the WWE in people's discussion, I thought to push this older thread back up for more discussion on that particular topic of who you'd like to see back in the WWE. They could be retired talent, talent who are with another company or talent who have been on a hiatus too.

There have been talks of certain names too who might return soon once their contracts are up with the current companies they're with:

-Kurt Angle (who is a free agent for now)
-Bully Ray/Bubba Ray Dudley (on a temporary deal with TNA)
-Jeff and Matt Hardy
-Mickie James (who is a free agent while on maternity leave from her country music career)
-Awesome Kong/Amazing Kong/Kharma
-Michelle McCool and The Undertaker (both have been at the Performance Centre and been talked about a return in 2015)
-Stone Cold Steve Austin (who is in rumoured talks as noted in the Behind the Scenes thread to return to WWE TV too)
-The Rock (who is still doing movies where agents have advised him to not wrestle anymore due to risk of injury that could change depending on his views)
-Batista (same situation as the Rock)
-Stacy Keibler
-Kevin Nash and Scott Hall (last seen for Hulk Hogan's birthday bash rumoured to wanting back on TV)
-Vader

Give your views on anyone being used to return for any capacity.
