Well that doesn't happen at my school so no. I wouldn't say that they're switching personalities, it's just that everyone is so focussed on their outer appearance now and days.

I definitely act like the girl in my relationship. She noticed too -.- and she acts more like the man.

As of appearance, there isn't that much boys with long hair. Just the skater kids and "emos."

Well......I agree mostly about the girls turning into guys...since I'm a tomboy, Lmao..

Hm. I think so. I find more girls acting more manly now and more guys acting more girly. Haha.

I haven't noticed that at all. I'm as girly as ever and the guys are as manish as they want to be

Ah the pressures of our society nowadays, does inside barely even count anymore...?
I noticed that more men are acting less manly with the gay jokes and all, I knew too many tomboys I actually thought one was a dude once and then she took of her hat.. O.o

I think personalities depend on the person themselves. just because society tells you that something is "girl-y" or "boyish" shouldn't mean anything. You are setting boundaries and limits to someone's character by creating labels. Who you are should be who you want to be, it depends on each person's personality.

This is probably the girliest I've ever been since I had to have everything pink and purple. AND, I think it's just that SOME guys are starting to care about their appearance. Also, the media is now (sort of) aware of how girls are affected by models, tv, whatever and is trying to undo their mistakes by telling people it's okay to be different as in tomboyish and so on.

i think appearnce has always been important for men. The way you present yourself says alot about your character this isnt a new thing contrary to what you think. Just because they care about their apperance does not make them "girly". I have to worry alot about how i present myself because of what i do for a living. And trust me its not a girly thing.

As far as tomboys go. im not attracted to a woman that isnt a little athletic. screw being with someone thats gonna sit around the house all day

What? It's not just girls that care about looks. >_>.

P.S. I'm a narcissist. =D
