What is the saddest scene in Clannad

I agree with D-O. I like the part when Kotomi opens the briefcase. I like the type of drama that has something to do with the family. // It was if the briefcase part was trying to say something like, 'Even though we weren't there for your birthday, we gave you a birthday gift from our hearts.'
