[Admiration levels shoot to 1000% / the first extremely exciting sempai, kouhai conversation!]

"Chinen-kun, let's go fish bonito together next time!"

Since his Jr. period, Hey!Say!JUMP's Chinen Yuuri has been saying, "The sempai I admire is Ohno-kun!", so Ohno answers that passionate love call, and made their first conversation a reality! From memorable moments, to talks of future collaborations, please look forward to a special, cute and heartwarming conversation!

[Ohno-kun, I like you lots!]

"You've gotten cuter than before"

Chinen: Because I can meet Ohno-kun today, I'm more nervous than the time I sang at last year's "FNS Song Festival". My heart is really beating fast.
Ohno: I was thinking of tickling you when I meet you today (laughs).
Chinen: If you did that to me, I'll get even more nervous (laughs).
Ohno: To make this conversation more intimate, I thought I'd call you Yuuri. In exchange, call me Satoshi (laughs)!
Chinen: Eh, ehh! (speechless). Th, that's... please let me call you Ohno-kun.
Ohno: Our first meeting was at Arashi's Nagoya concert, right?
Chinen: When I was a 4th grader, I visited your dressing room with my parents.
Ohno: You were really cute that time. Meeting you after some time has passed, your face has gotten cuter too.
Chinen: .... (turns red). Truly, truly, thank you very much. That's like Arashi's song though (laughs).
Ohno: You came to Arashi's Yokohama Arena performance last year too, right?
Chinen: I caught the signed board that Ohno-kun threw for me. It's my treasure so, I've put it up properly!
Ohno: I get the feeling we spoke to each other for the first time, when I asked "Did you come from Shizuoka?" in the dressing room that time.
Chinen: That's right, that's right. And, I answered, I'm in Tokyo now, and I was told, "You were really small in the past, huh."
Ohno: Right, right (laughs). But, Chinen-kun is very level-headed. By the way, what grade are you in now?
Chinen: I'm a 3rd year in middle school now. It feels like my age is quickly piling on but, my height isn't catching up (laughs). I want to hurry up and grow up to about Ohno-kun's.
Ohno: Are you perhaps born in the year '93? You were born in the year before I entered the Jimusho, huh.
Chinen: Ohno-kun, you know a lot.
Ohno: I see you often in magazines and such. Your birthday is close to mine too, right.
Chinen: Yes! It's in the same month of November, with a difference of 4 days. It feels like some sort of destined fate (laughs).

"With me and Yama-chan, let's fish with the 3 of us"

Ohno: So, this is sudden but it's time for questions from me. What's your favourite food?
Chinen: The gyoza that my mom makes for me. They're delicious.
Ohno: I like ramen. When I do plays, I eat udon that's good for digestion though.
Chinen: I like miso ramen too. I love udon too.
Ohno: What's your hobby?
Chinen: Acrobatics. I do somersaults, and I'd want to copy any amazing techniques that someone does. Ohno-kun's hobbies are drawing and figure creations, and fishing, right!
Ohno: I'm thinking about fishing all the time now (laughs). Speaking of which, JUMP's Yamada-kun likes fishing, doesn't he?
Chinen: That's right. That's why after Yama-chan teaches me how to fish, I think it'd be great if Ohno-kun will take me with him (laughs).

[Chinen-kun's turns are amazing!]

Chinen: Because I'll get nervous if it's just me and Ohno-kun, it'll be good if it's 3 people at first.
Ohno: If it's fishing, that's OK. But don't fall into the ocean! (laughs)
Chinen: No, I might fall (laughs). If I fall, I'll grab onto Ohno-kun's fishing rod and return.
Ohno: I'll protect you with a life net connected to a cord round my waist, so you'll be okay.
Chinen: In that case, we'll both fall (laughs).
Ohno: When summer comes, it must be fun to fish mahi-mahi and bonito.
Chinen: Bonito? Can we catch such big ones?
Ohno: Chinen-kun actually looks like he might catch it (laughs). It'll be great to have a meal together too.
Chinen: It'll be great to eat the fish that Ohno-kun catches too. Yama-chan is good at cooking too so, maybe he'll gut the fish for us.
Ohno: Yamada-kun again (laughs).
Chinen: Because I'll be really nervous, for the first few times... I'm sorry.

"I'm happy that you admire me but"

Ohno: By the way, it looks like you admire me but... why?
Chinen: Because you're good at dancing and singing. Ever since Arashi had their debut, I've admired you the who~le time. I have Arashi's debut CD, and I love the solo song "Top Secret" that Ohno-kun sang at concerts.
Ohno: I'm really happy about that but... there are a lot of people who are much better than me. But, Chinen-kun's turns are really amazing. I watched you from the audience seats during the Arashi concert rehearsals and, I wondered, "How many times does he turn?"
Chinen: I have confidence in turns! The most number of times I've turned is 9. I was praised by TOKIO's Matsuoka-kun too.

"A collaboration on stage sounds fun too"

Ohno: If we're going to perform together for work, what kind of things would you want to try?
Chinen: I want to appear in "Arashi no Shukudaikun" too. Before, I watched the members of Arashi say, "Isn't Hey!Say!JUMP in the box that guests jump out of?" so, I really do want to be inside that once (laughs).
Ohno: We've never actually worked together before, huh. If we were to perform together... I think a stage play will be good. For example, under the setting of a journey or something. Then we'll get lost in a weird place, and fall into a hole. From there, it'll be a two-person act in the hole for the entire play.
Chinen: Did you just think of that? Amazing! That sounds fun! But, I've only experienced a stage play once, so I'm a little worried. But, if the day I can perform together with Ohno-kun comes, I'll do my best!
Ohno: Chinen-kun is already working hard now. That's why, both of us should relax occasionally.
Chinen: Last of all, I have a favour to ask... Ohno-kun, please make a figure of me! And, please take me to go fishing too!
Ohno: Okay. Well, look forward to it (laughs).

So.. Seems like Riida n Chinen has gotten more closer because of this interview..
And I find it is very nice for Chinen, I mean after reading Chinen's words about how he admires Riida very much, or how he will get very nervous if he really goes with Riida at the privat time..
