You should imagine how us little brothers feel. When we were small we got picked on by our big bros. We were made to feel inferior. As days go on, we can't take it anymore and decide something must change. When you're not here, we train our asses off until the day when we feel we have surpassed you.

And i don't get why everyone here is saying like its shameful to get beat by your lil bro. I mean, maybe the guy trained his ass off, while the ts relied on the "i'm older, so i'm better than you' sorta thing. Give his lil bro props, he was the better fighter that day, and will continue to do so unless he decides to do something about it.

Advice for the ts, put that depression towards training, when you're depressed train, when you're confused train, when you're angry train, training is the only thing that won't let you down, it will only allow you to improve.
So get off your ass, and work out and train instead of pitying yourself. The only thing you do by pitying yourself, is waste time. Show your lil bro some respect, and tell him that you'll become better than him.

you either have to start working out or just stop fighting; obviously fighting just isn't your thing. just take a deep breath and get it out of your system.

How old is your little brother btw

hes 14. but im gonna win next time. i think my stance just sucks lol. gotta improve on it.

edit: hitz, i kinda see where youre coming from, but its alot different from when you are the little brother beat by your big bro than when you are the big bro getting beat by your little bro.

bro, fighting does involve stance, but i don't think that was the problem. If you do, go ahead and improve it. IF you guys box, what you need is footwork, head movement, and accuracy.

Get a tennis ball, go to somewhere that has a big wall , stand around 10 away and punch the ball to make it hit the wall and come back to you.
This helps you develop accuracy.
If you improve. stand further away to improve your power + accuracy
Then go in close to improve, speed and accuracy.

After all of this, if you did it correctly, you'll be able to hit your bros chin accurately, to knock him the f**k out. Be able to work angles (since the ball will be flying all over the place), endurance(running around), power, and reflexes.

This is good especially if you don't wanna pay for a good gym.

I tend to doubt it if he kicked your ass once. Unless you can benchpress some serious shit, you'll be forever damned to eternal ownage by your little brother. Besides, since your busy crying about it here, how can you possibly be training, benchpressing and preparing for the next time?

skygod, benchpressing isn't everything, sure you could have some serious strength, but in a fight, what you need is functional strength. Also, you bench 1000 pounds and i hit you once good on the chin, you can bench whatever you want, but it won't matter if you're unconscious.

Now don't get me wrong here, i'm not saying strength isn't important, it obviously is, but strength is not the only thing that determines the outcome of a fight.

who says my chin is my weakpoint? its rather not a good idea for someone to hit me in an area where the bone is close to the skin, seeing as how it will bruise your fist. im not kidding, ive got enough calcium deposits on my bones to fill a cave( im exagerating but there is a lot, ive seen x-rays of my bones and theyre denser and have more material on them than normal). anyway, those who have strength can take a hit and keep on rollin. you can hit someones jaw but if theyre strong, they can hit you right back.

your chin is a natural spot to get knocked out no matter who you are.

why do you think boxing coaches always say protect the chin. you must have never been hit very good in the chin then. a strong punch there would knock your lights out. you watch fighting sports?

I don't know how "built" you are, but if you get hit by a good shot and don't get rocked, than thank your neck, shoulder muscles from preventing your brain from getting rattled.

Strength doesn't stop you from getting knocked out, a big head, shoulder/neck muscles do.
