I really prefer the manga to the anime, so from the manga's view I'd say:
- Neuro (ahh it's hard to beat him)
- Sasazuka (veeeeeeeeeeeery close second <333)
- Sai (not XI, manga readers know what I mean)
- Yako (anime version was disappointing, manga version is plain old awesome)
- Higuchi (ahaha I have a thing for computer nerds)
