I feel so fat right now from all the candy I got on Halloween. What secret tricks do have to stay slim and fit? I've heard of the master cleanse but I'm too scared to try it. I don't want to die

I DON'T MWHAHAHHA lol yah no i dun do anyting n it sux even tho im not over weight at all i still feel bad for not working out lol .. i used to go to the gym but i cant afford it n i dun have the time but then agian i dun eat candy often ( i dun really like it that much) and i dun eat that much lol i have a small appetite(sp)..

oh yea but i do walk everywhere probally atleast 7 miles a week

hmm i go to gym now n again (maybe 2-3 times a week) light weights (seriously embaressingly light so much so tht i time my visits wen most ppl r in class n i dont hafto stand next to those huge muscle men n feel even smaller) and abt 20-25 minutes of running. Then i usually collapse somewhere n try not to throw up.

i work out. i benchpress, run, do squats, curls, all sorts of stuff. its good shit, try it.

As far as staying Fit go's Fit is a state of mind to a certant point.
I am 12 pounds over the sugested weight but I need it. I am a martial artist (I actuily have my own styal I am promoting if you wanna know aobout it message me) and I pratic a lot of Judo the weight helps me stay grounded. but if you want to be FIT martial arts helps a lot and besides its kinda fun not to mention the benafits in self defence I say you try it out you'll have a blast get in a bit O shape and learn a lot about your self.


P.S. I know I cant spell lol sorry bout that.

I don't exercise and I don't eat healthly... yet I still assume I'm healthier than other people around me.
My friend's mum is sooooooooo healthy, she eats one garlic clove in the morning, has fresh vege/fruit with every meal and she doesn't eat chicken or meat. Just fish!

play a sport like swimming. eat healthy foods or eat in moderation and get lots of sleep

For me, on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays,
I run the highschool track.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, I have Aerobics class.
Saturdays I do sit ups and push ups.
Sundays I laze around.

I don't drink soda..
but I do eat a lot of sweets =___=;;
hence my cavities >.>

Well try out my work out. See if it helps you. Must do 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr at night at least. It a everday thing for me before I go to work.

Leg lift 2 sets till your leg are tired out. (5-10 minutes 2 sets)
lift weight till your arm are sore. (10 minutes 2 sets)
Sit up (2 sets try do over 100+ each set [5-10 minutes])
push up (2 sets [try over 40 per set])
Lastly jump jope( it give you a good work out)

This is what I do everyday. Try it out.

well I always stay active everyday theres like no stop botton for me I guess thats i why I am slim.
