Exercise, sleep well, eat healthy food. Don't ever eat pills to stay fit. The best way is to exercise.

i don't gain weight even if i eat a lot but i suggest walking cause i walk to and back from school, at least 15 mins a day also sports.Drink a lot of water and eat a big breakfast because it will digest anyway so don't eat a lot when it's near night time.

Okay, seriously listen up know!(the red line is for attention, sorry if it was too much). Most people think joggin will burn the most fat...wrong! Carbonhydrates stays in "storages" in your body, and when those storages get's full, the rest will turn to fat. When you jog/run or doing mainly all kinds of sports, the body FIRSTS burns the carbons away THEN the fat (since their storages are already full you may not even been able to burn the actual fat at all) and after some meals this storage is once again full of carbons, this leads to evil circles.

What you should do is to take fast walks (power-walking) from a half to one hour. That means you walk at your maximum speed and if you have gained sweat (not like when you're joggin, just sweating from the forehead) you know you have done it right. When you do this you actually trick the body since you're getting tired but not so much that your body will take the carbons as energy for the muscles, you will directly burn the fat without having to integrate with carbons at all. The time when you burn the most fat is in the morning (before you've had your breakfeast).

Some people even think that working in the gym burns fat (ingorance) this evens burns less fat than jogging, and jogging is to mostly build up stamina. If you have burned all the fat you've wanted you should not stop here. Fat people who have not exercised so much has bodys that burn food in less time than people who have trained sports since they were young (there's a specifice name but I don't know it in english) jogging is what you should do now since it increases your bodys rate of burning food and if you do sports or jogging you will burn your carbons which will ever prevent your carbons from turning to fat. I'm not even gonna mention about the food since EVERYONE know what's not to eat (hope I helped).
This is what you get to learn at "weight-training, anatomi, and training class" (side-note: I got a high grade).

example of someone's body who has a higher rate of burning food (you can be born with this or develop it.

i lift weights in the morning, eat before and after lifting.
go running or play DDR for about an hour after the 2nd meal.
then after about 3 more hours go to martial arts for an hour.
then i will eat a meal that doesnt consist of any carbs before bedtime. carbs at night do nothing but sit, you aren't really burning any calories.

DDR works!!!! I used to be 385 lbs., now i am 250.
the whole time thing just means you have to work around stuff.
try the best you can to fit a workout in somewhere in your day.
i train everyday, but i have cut out alot of going out time to achieve my goals so its only a matter of how bad you want it. not saying don't go out and have fun but sometimes sacrifices must be made in order to get to where you want to be.

PS. Soda isn't good for you, and ALOT of sugar isn't either.
protein helps out alot if you want to gain muscle, if you want to gain muscle try to at least to get at least over your body weight in grams of protein. ex. if you weigh 195 try to get at least 215 grams per day of protein.
if really skinny and tryin to put on weight, you would want to double your protein intake in a day. ex. weighin 150= 300 grams of protein in a day. its alot harder than you think but thats when you learn in order to get muscle you have to eat, and protein shakes help out alot too, of coarse you have to work out too.
