I just walk on campus most of the time. I'm also cautious of what I eat. I avoid McD's like the plague and eat burgers at In-n-Out or whatever local place that makes their burgers fresh. And I don't drink diet soda (Has anyone besides me noticed that obese people tend to drink diet soda? There's got to be some sort of connection between diet soda and obesity.) I also make sure I get all my vitamins, minerals, oils, etc. Other than that, I'm pretty lazy yo. Got lucky with having a good metabolism.

make sure to take GOOD multivitamins also. not stuff like centrum, its better to go to a nutrition store and get some. if you lift heavy, make sure to get some fish liver oil in order to keep your joints healthy.

Cigarettes are excellent if you are trying to keep your weight down. A smoke and a cup of coffee -just as good as eating.

im not overweight but im right there because of muscle.. just do what i do and go full out prince of tennis .. since that is basicly the only sport i play.. i make sure i play it well.. and drink atleast 8 glasses of water or 4 water bottles of ( 16oz ) each .. and you will lose weight cause your body is part water so it goes with the liquid ..


edit: besides all of the aboves i mentioned.. well just do exercise and such .. and yeah like someone mentioned earlier sex does burn a lot of calories but not for someone like you who is what 12-14 .. ? if you know what i mean .. >.>

lol, i dun needa do anythin to stay skinny, cuz no matter how much i eat i never get fat x_x, which totalli sucks, lol.

u can jus
-exercise
-eat healthy food
-drink water instead of soda
-dun eat chocolate n junk food food a lot
-eat fruits instead of snacks
-dun sleep after u finish eat
-after u eat, go take a 10 min walk or sumthin
-take loooong walks , lol..

I try to walk when I can, and I don't eat alot. Though that's probably not healthy, it keeps me thin.

my middle school has a recess so that helps a lot i go running 3 or 4 days a week i do yoga and yoga is painful after a while i don't recomend any one trying that

I shove greasy fast food down my throat, while sitting in front of my computer playing WOW all day.

Oh wait-

I run, go to the gym, eat my vegetables, and cut down on soda/chips/fast food.

Exercise is for me teh way to be healthy...Jogging for 40 minutes once or twice a week (I used to do it every day, but not enough time now).

i play soccer 3 times a week and go gym 2wice a week
