Well i work outside for one ,but i do have a very sweaty job also .

I climb equipment all day ,go home life weights ,and get on the bike for a lil while too .

i stay fit even if i dnt exercise cuz i hav pe in skul ( im in 8th grade ) nd sometimes if im really bord id do 20 push ups 20 sit ups 20 squats then start over again if im not tired yet

Mke sure you always eat green vegetables when you eat. Eat wheat bread, even though personally i hate wheat bread. Don't drink too many sodas, very few.
Try to stay at one sweet a day: like don't have a candy bar during the day and then eat ice cream at night. Don't eat fast food too much. Workout a lot. Run, jog play a sport. Sumtyms the gym is fun too. trust me... I'm 94.5 lbs. at the age of 15 and I live in America. but, I also have a fast metabolism. So eat pepper like jalepenos and well i don't suggest habanero pepper, but I hear they speed up your metabolism.
And I'm not suffering from anorexia, I'm just really active.

tae bo and running 3-4 times a week. i like my sweets and other carbs so i gotta work it off every other day.

I don't eat candy, drink soda, eat burgers, etc.
I excercise daily.

SWIM!!! it seems to burn out most calories. so I heard.. haven't tried on a special calories killing course yet..
