At 2:30 in the afternoon on the day of the event, SHINee, Girls' Generation, Super Junior, The Grace, and TVXQ will gather together on a relay fan meeting for 30 minutes at the Orange and Yellow Field with specially installed stage of Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul. On the fan meeting, each artists' corresponding team will choose a representative to MC and present a different kind of fun under the direction of the given plan. Aside from live performances of SM Town Live '08, is that audience can participate by requesting a song of their choice which will be included on the artists' performances. Requesting of songs will be collected for a week starting July 15 thru their official home page and artists will pick a song request according to their comfort. SM Town Live '08 will commence on August 15 at 5PM at Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul. Dong Bang Shin Ki will be releasing their 23th single on 16th July, is up to the challenge to achieve their 4th number 1 on the Oricon Daily single chart. The single that they are releasing on the 16th includes songs ‘どうして君を好きになってしまったんだろう？(Why Do I Like You?)’ and ‘Box in the ship’. There are much anticipation if this new single is able to help Dong Bang Shin Ki win their 4th number 1 on the chart on the day of the release of the single - to prove their popularity and potential in Japan. Dong Bang Shin Ki won their 3rd number 1 on the Oricon Chart on 23rd April with their 22nd single “Beautiful/ Thousand Years Love Song”. The single won them another number 1 on the chart on 5th May after it was used as one of theme songs for MBC Drama “Hero”. Dong Bang Shin Ki became the non-Japanese artiste to occupy the number 1 spot on the chart twice after 24 years and 5 months. On the other hand, Dong Bang Shin Ki will be attending and performing together with other artistes like Cheon Sang Ji Hee, Super Junior, SNSD, Jang Ri In, SHINee etc on 15th August for “SMTOWN LIVE 08″ in Seoul Olympic Stadium. TVXQ ALSO HAD CREATED A HISTORY IN ORICON CHART HISTORY FOR BEING THE FIRST NON JAPANESE GROUP THAT TOPPED ON ORICON CHART FOR MORE THAN 2 TIMES.. TOHOSHINKI is continually making history when yesterday (July 16), at the release of their 23rd Japanese single, “どうして君を好きになってしまったんだろう” topped the ORICON Daily Singles chart with massive sales of over 30,000+ on the first day (which does not include 20,000+ other unit sales bought from other outlets not counted by ORICON), and the numbers are likely to increase by the thousands in the coming days. Their 22nd single, “Beautiful You” which took 22,000+ sales on the first day, and “Purple Line” got 16,000+ on its first day of release. The increase in each single is truly very impressive. It just shows how TOHOSHINKI is constantly impressing music audiences everywhere, gaining more and more fans despite the increasing number of promising new comers of popstars in the Asian region. Showcasing photographs of 100 celebrities and their furry friends, this charity event pays tribute to these cute little companions. High profile celebrities Lee Hyo Lee, Uhm Jung Hwa and Kim Jung Eun will be featured in this upcoming exhibit, along with members from hit boy bands SHINee, Super Junior, and Dong Bang Shin Ki. Committed to print by some of Korea's best photographers - KT Kim, Koo Bohn Chang, Kim Bo Ha and Cho Sei Hon to name a few - this exhibit promises to deliver more than just a Hallmark moment. From a glossy black and white shot of Dong Bang Shin Ki member Micky Yoo Chun and his dog, to a fashion spread of actress Kim Jung Eun and her cat, viewers will be treated to an eclectic display. But art isn't the only thing on show at this exhibit. Pet accessories from high end brands Tiffany and Co., 10 Corso Como, Juicy Couture, Mulberry, Celine, Hermes and Marc Jacobs will be up for sale. And limited edition designs by MCM, Louis Quatorze and Tomboy will also be there for the taking.
