I agree, the voice acting of the anime was supurb. I loved the anime and watched it even before I read the manga, and alone it is amazingly good. However, when comparing it to the manga I prefer the manga simply because of the more complex story line. Not to mention that it is still going on. However, I like Neuro in the anime a bit better because he seems to be a bit more in control of himself while in the manga he lets himself loose more often. I mean, I love the manga Neuro too because he's funnier sometimes and he seems stronger in my opinion. Either way, the one thing that turned me off the anime was the very ending where hell literally broke loose. I mean, wtf?

I like the manga better because it spends more time explaining the setup and giving characterisation to the secondary characters. At the point where the anime and manga split stories, I like the manga version better, partly because it's longer and partly because it's cool to see Neuro going up against a more equal opponent.

MANGA! The anime f*ed everything up. It was terribly inaccurate, there were too many fillers, and they cut out more than a year of manga chapters! The HAL arc should have been WAY more interesting than it was in the anime. Not to mention that HAL isn't really the biggest of their problems in the manga.

I think that if the anime continued it would be badass and endless sadistic win but for now it's the manga.

In my opinion, the manga definitely wins my vote for the better one.
The anime just ended too early, and if they don't make a second season to fit in all the New Bloodline stuff, I'm gonna bawwww.

The manga has more story to it, it's reeeeeally interesting and it gets you thinking. There are so many pieces of the puzzle you have to put together, and once you do, everything that has happened in the manga starts to make sense (even little things you thought didn't matter), especially during the New Bloodline arc. It explains EVERYTHING.

The anime just didn't really capture that uniqueness and creativity, but it nonetheless was pretty decent. I can't complain too much- I started out with the anime and moved on to the manga. And before I knew the manga, I thought the anime was the best anime I'd ever seen, so it's still good. Just thought the manga had a bit more substance and funny, fuuuuunny scenes (oh man, that chocolate filler...). xD

EDIT: PLUS, the manga was waaaaaaaay better at character development. There wasn't a single character that went unnoticed. Matsuei throughly gives you a detailed profile of each of his characters throughtout the story. Auuuuggghhh it's so brilliant ;A;
