It's not easy to fool me.. I check (or rather, investigate) details of what the person said before taking action..

I once received an e-mail from an unknown preson. It was for the late mayor of the [town's name] in Zimbabwe. The sender (the mayor's wife) said she chose me because of some reasons that I forgot. And I reply with this: 'Bitch, I hate spams. I don't care about your husband. We're not related. I don't care if you starve to death.'

haha datz kool.

LOL.. Thanks..
I just saw my reply and here is it:

You bitch.. How dare you e-mail me with that story. I'm used to this and those who ask for your personal information are obviously swindlers or just playing a prank. I'm amazed that you got my email address when I only register this in 3 websites. I pretty sure they don't give this to 3rd parties. Bitch, I don't care if your husband died. I'm NOT connected to that stupid person who got killed. Duh. So what? I'm not interested with that money. Bitch, I absolutely hate SPAMS! Ms. Monica Moyo, I know it's not your true name, but even if people nowadays are too dumb to see what's real and fake, don't put me in the same group as those stupid fools. You need IQ and logic, bitch..

One more time: BITCH, I HATE SPAMS!

May you be bitched,
Owner of the e-mail address..

The money she offered was US$8,500,000.00.. <_<;

if you recieve anymore emails concerning that "you've won 10 million dollars" or some other shit like that. its most definately a scam. you'll never win anything from emails like these. they ask for your personal information, they can stalk you with your address, steal money with your credit card number and etc.
alot of shallow people have fallen for these, so don't feel too bad. although you did not go further, you did provide your home address, didn't you?
so, in conclusion. caveat emptor it means "let the buyer beware", you're not exactly a purchaser/buyer but you are a customer to the scammer for falling into internet schemes like these.

How can you win from a lottery you never joined? Also, if it's via SMS, the numbers should be different from what subscribers use.

A few years ago I was playing Diablo 2 and I was like "Ooo this guy will dupe my items"... I was scammed. And I was like :(. So I found out the guy's account and went to the long in screen... put the guy's screenname in and put the screenname in the password box... and BAM! I got in, and my cousin was 2 rooms away on the computer... and I was like "Free items betch." So... yeah... we took all the guy's stuff.. then a while after that we some him scam other people. A week later, his account still had the same password. So I got on.. and took more stuff.. It was lovely.

I've been scammed once. I bought a videogame online, and they sent me an empty envelope.

It supposedly 'fell out' during the mailing process. The envelope was indeed damaged, but instead of it being teared, it was cut open on one side with scissors. Well, that's a bit too obvious. xD

I never got my money back. Scammers like this won't get caught, it's unfair.
