when im super mad i like to throw things around,...then, i'd break it, and then i'd get even more mad and then i'd throw things around even more unti i realize that there is NO point in throwing it around....kinda stupid....of me

this is where coathangers come in they're cheap and if they break there is usualy still a decent amount of it left to chuck about

depends on how mad i am and what about usually if it was something that someone did i would want to kill that person but if its little i try to calm myself down with music and candy and stuff like that

i usually go to my room and choose a game where i can kill the most people (like black or scarface) and i start killing them it doesnt matter if i get to the next level i just kill them and then i get over it
my mom says that becouse of that im going to become a mass killer but i would be a mass killer when im angry without this games

for me it all depends........ sometime i yell at others ...... sometimes i try to put my engry into making an art project(once after aguring with my dad... i went and got out some starch... and went to my room and lock the door... so my dad think i was going to drink it he got so scared , but i was only making a pinata..) .....others time i just cry.....
