my fav are zero and yuki

Well, Yuuki, Kaname and Zero, (mostly because you see them most of the time, they are all the main characters ==)

I like all the characters in vk. Even shizuka-san. But I guess my favorites are zero, yuuki and cross-chan. aidou too. ^__^

ICHIJOU!!! cuz he's soo niice & cheery & totally breaks the stereotype of vampires (but retains hotness)
Also Yuuki cuz she's so sweet & strong & innocent
and Kaname cuz he's really kind, devoted, and uses his power for good even though he has the ability to do so much more

Kaname because he's so incredibly devoted and strong.

Ichijou for the same reasons as "bubblepeachtea"

Though I like Ruka too because she knows when to quit.
