Quite why you are bringing servers into a conversation about viruses on home computers is beyond me.

yes, it seems beyond you, indeed, so i'm going to go ahead and bow out of this one. let's let everyone get back to talking about what their fave anti-virus programs are.

wekk Th best is Norton Anti Virus newest update.
its Excellent i have i had so many viruses that it devours them whole.
I`ve hade Trojan Horse, Trojan Ducky (its real seriously) , spy ware and other such viruses many times and the computer just eliminates them.
THE ONLY REASON MY CPU is probaly messed up is because i hit the crap out of it with a hammer

norton is the best. i tried mcafee when i started. hell no. it was like a sieve.

Norton is actually one of the worst Anti virus programs out there .
So many exploits it misses .

The best two AV programs on the market are AVAST! and Kapersky .

If you have norton did you try updating the definitions, I think Webroot pretty good spy sweeper and window washer are very nice. I hate norton so much but my dad wants it and I really want my own computer. I believe that Virus, trojans, and spyware are mainly made by anti-virus companies.

If you don't like pop-ups then don't get anything. Get like a family member or a friend to do the work for you. That might be the teen inside me, because I still don't know if we use norton or spyware.

Norton!! But McAfee would be better if they spent more money on their service than buying baseball stadiums.

i'm using AVG...well i don't see any problems with it...i also have zonealarm for adwares and spywares detection...i guess that secures my pc from virus threats...

i did experience using Norton...but i think it makes your pc slow...
