IMPORTANT: Major group update

I recently have noticed that a big bulk of people had joined the group and when looking at the profiles of these people they did not have AMVs. I was informed that a new feature has now been added to invite all of one group to another is avalible and this is how this incident happened, I was just like to make sure that everyone knows of this. I had to go through all the members that have recently joined and check out each one of their profiles to see if they had AMVs. This was very time consuming and to be honest I was not impressed. Out of the 45 ish people that joined only 3 have remained members because they fufill the one real rule of the group. I know this was an accident and I do not blame the person that accidently did it because once they had realised what had happened they sent me an email letting me know. But my point is can everyone please be careful because this has caused quite a big problem for me and frankly (around this time of the year, because of exams) I dont reallt have time to deal with it. And because a few havent replied to the requests they have recieved for this group I am going to have to keep checking.

Thank you for reading. I am sorry if this sounded like a rant but I thought it was best to let you know.

Man.........sounds tough.

I was thinking from the start that it would be rather difficult to keep monitoring new members, because as I see it, there are three ways to get into this group.

1.) They ask to get in, and you or the mods have to approve them.

2.) One or any of the members can invite (potentially all) their buddies. This means you don't get to approve them. This also means that you have to keep monitoring them to see if they have made amvs or not.

3.) This is the new way that caused you some problems. I personally haven't heard of it until you just talked about it. From what I understood, I guess you invite (potentially all) the members of one group to join another group.

I think the second and third way may cause problems for you, in the case that any of the members fail to adhere to the policies, or make careless mistakes like this incident.

I also have final exams in college right now, so I know how busy and hectic it gets with all the last minute studying and cramming.........Well all I can say is good luck.
