Well we all know that Aizen is strong when he manages to escape Soul Society with Gin and Tousen while being surrounded by Ichigo's group and Captains and Vice-Captains of Gotei13.He even defeated 7th division captain, Komamura Sajin using a level 90 Kidou without the incantation.

Also, I think Aizen is a Vizard himself.
He even said that he has reached the limit of Shinigami power, and to advance beyond that, was for him to master hollow powers!

So what can you say...

Nope,

Arancarr- Hollow that gians Shingami Powers

Vizard- Shinigami that gains Hollow Powers

But how do we know if Aizen even has Hollow Powers, he hasnt used them

Hmm... He wants to have hollow powers...

Remember when Aizen is about to get that Hougyoku thing??... He explained that he already mastered every shinigam ability (his own zanpakuto, kidou and etc.)... And he stated that once this is mastered, that shinigami is already at his limit... He wants to break that limit, and the only way to break that limit is to achieve hollow or the process of "hollowification" (sorry if the spelling is wrong ^^)...

lol... It's just what I think... ^^

agree with bread-san.aizen wants to gain hollow powers..meaning he want to gain the powers of a vizard...cause he wants to cross that limit(being a shinigami).and i think the hougyoku would help him do that since he can produce arrancars by that thing

Ummm... I think the only function (as of now) of the hougyoku thingy is too fast-evolutionize hollows (hollow to arrancars) and to be able to control the hollow inside of a shinigami (that is if that shinigami, which in this case, aizen doesn't have yet a hollow inside him)... Still answers might pop-out at the next chapter...
