^thats seems like a very controversial statement to me. You know different people have different required calorie intakes? Should some people just go hungry to stay more or less in shape?

"I think it's better to measure your body mass index. It determines your body composition." Sure thing, the chart is for morons like me.

Im just stating that obvious which seemed to be forgotten sometimes.

The key to a healthy diet is Discipline.

Hey guys,

Today I just tried out a few dishes...my bf and I are noobs but we cooked something today...and it turns out superb...let me share it with you.

Miso soup
This is a famous Jap soup everyon would know...and it's so easy to make 5 minutes only and much cheaper than at the sushi bar...I got ripped off so much today so I decided to learn and cook myself and so you guys can too.

4 cups water boil in a pot. (4 serves)
Add 4 tbspn of miso soup paste and stir until boil
Add seaweed and soft tofu and heat for 1-2 minutes
Serve with green onions.

Another healthy soup
Red Bean and Pumpkin Pork Soup (Chinese soup)

200g of pork neck bone (lightly boil) and pour off the water (this is my way of cleaning off the smell)
add new water, dried mandarin skin, add red beans (I prefer you pre-soaked the beans in water before cooking so it's faster) and boil until the beans are soft
Note: remember to check the water level as it usually evaporates
Add pumpkin and cook until soften.
It tastes great and very healthy too.

Hey who's a fan of Thai food? I am...so here I'll have a recipe for Pad Thai
Boil the rice noodles, drain
Heat the wok with 2 tbspn of oil, add garlic and onions (the smell) and add 100g green prawns peeled and cooked with Pad Thai Paste. Add mushrooms.
Add the rice noodles and a bit of water, cook for 3 minutes
Add shredded fried eggs, onions and bean sprouts.
Served with sprinkle peanuts.

bon appetite

If you like noodles....and peanut lovers :)
1 pack of the small clear noodle
half pound shrimp (if you don't like shrimp, you can substitute)
Note: shrimp need to be clean
shredded radish, shredded carrots
soy sauce or salt (I prefer soy sauce)
peanut sauce
whole leave lettuce
1. boil noodles till soft, drained out the water, let noodle cool
2. cooking pan on 350, poured oil on cooking pan wait a few minutes, then turned off the stove and poured the shrimp in. Stirred until shrimp is cooked (just red) do not let it overcooked. Add soy sauce or salt to taste
3. once clear noodle drained, add the noodle with the shrimp while shrimp is on the cooking pan, mixed well, add the shredded radish, and carrots
4. Served and poured some peanut sauce on top, and mixed to taste (those that like peanut sauce add more, those that don't like peanut sauce...add less! Enjoy!
