"""Okay eyeliner: Start in the innermost corner of your eye ith a thick line, as you move out, make the line smaller, but don't make it stop. As soon as u get to the edge of your eye, curve the line down, not like a straight line, but a slight curve to it. then, only line the bottom of your eye, don't use liquid, it hurts >_<

Foundation!!

I use L'Oreal True Match liquid, cuz it has the best color for my skin, but I recomend liquids, cuz creams float around on your skin and have more oil in them, and make patches througout the day
When you put the foundation on, I use my finger, cuz I have more control and pads soak up the makeup. After you apply the foundation, over your eyes too, make sure to smooth it by taking your palms and rubbing them from your cheeks/forhead to the side of your face and past the jaw a bit, so u don't have lines ^_^

Now, eyes, I prefer pinks, cuz they r cute, but if ur going for an exotic look o-o um, try nice greens, and some light purples, try not to go dark, cuz ur eyes are probably dark enough..

lips, use a light pink, NOT "bright" but light.. from a light pink to golder/beige color, anything u think is crazy or dark, is bad haha, go with what ulike on this.. but stay away from dark lipsick, u can use a darker liner, these can be pretty, but be careful to not make the lies too harsh and smooth them a bit.

cheeks, if u want blush.. anything pale pink, and smooth it like you did with the foundation, and if ur in a hurry, pinh ur cheeks, cuz it's a natural blush, and there's not a problem with that.

okay, my tutorial is going on my site hahaha <<33 hope u have fun and like my answer =)""""

Okay, that was thw whole message, I'm hopin I get best answer lol

eep sorry I'll look for translations, or try to translate... *-*

okay, 1) u'd have to lighten it, 2) I havn't tried blue in color jamz, so I would say CHI colors, u don't need to mix it or anything, um, manic panic is good too, but just so u know, the blue is one hard ass thing to get out mine I had to colorover with red cuz it turned green, u'll have to recolor it alot, and it fades quick, u can get chi color at arstrong's dependig on where u live, I'm in Tx, but lok it up , manic panic, IDK if they have blue, but u can get it at hot topic or sally's.

BTW, don't use a flashlighting kict, they suck, (manic panic) try to use normal bleach...

I'd say your wrong. If you bleach blue it comes out pretty easily and also it does fade to a greeny colour but it takes a long time. I only have to re-dye my hair once a month and that's more so because of regrowth then fading.
I base this on having had blue hair for over a year and a half.
Since I'm in Australia I don't have the same hair dyes.. But anyway, I use Fudge Paintbox (hawaiian blue) and Wakkstain and mix them together to get a colour that's in between the two.

Edit: Also, I had green in my hair a couple of years ago and it faded in a week.
