Blue Heaven. The art might chase some people away but it's really a nice story. Okay, not "nice" exactly but very interesting. It's a very realistic story, well not entirely realistic but the human reactions to the situations they are in can easily take place in reality. It's a psychological seinen manga. Another underrated manga would be a oneshot called White Clouds. It's simple storyline and art is beautiful. You see the perspective of the story from someone else rather than a human, a really touching story.

I read both. Both are amazing.

Meh, I'll say seinen oneshots like The Pushman,Knife,Double,Dark Water etc.
I also like other seinen manga like Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service, MAIL, Skyhigh, Skyhigh Karma etc.
My favorite shounens are Crows and Worst.

is that Knife by Kaori Ozaki? or am i just wrong...lol..

Like it says, manga that you feel is under rated.. There are tons of anime in this world, and sometimes the word under rated just means not enough people know about it..

There are tons of under rated manga these days, especially with our current world of manga and anime fan-service.. Fan-service for boys and girls alike..

My first under rated manga is Hoshi wa Utau. It was created from the creator of Fruits Basket, but even though it's drawn more nicely and shares the humor and emotion.. It lacks the popularity of it's mighty predecessor..

Doesn't he look like Kyo with black hair..?

I think another under rated manga is Kuro Kami from a group of Korean manga artists, this is one of their few works created for the Japanese audience.. It's mixture of violence, action and comedy are an amazing mixture. There are hints that romance is possible but that is still left undiscussed..

I've read Hoshi wa Utau, and it was really good! But i was wondering where you can read the second manga that you put, i really want to read that one..

WOOT! Blue Heaven rocks! If you like Blue Heaven you would like Jiraishin which is toooootally underrated along with Skyhigh, Skyhigh Karma, Pluto, Sidooh, and Alive.

Here's some stuff from Jiraishin:
