immortal rain is one of my fav romance mangas and its underated!

i'm pretty sure anything that's out of jump and the #2 magazine (i forget the name sry) is under rated sooo...
the best way to get out of that would be to get people to read it-
look around and give mangas that you wouldn't normally read a chance-
read the first few chapters and then decide whether it's good or bad-
look for reviews to see if the manga gets better over time
etc, etc. physological phrase of the whenever: expand your horizon

Most of the mangas I have read can be considered over-rated. I always thought Skip Beat! was under-rated, but later on, after I started it awhile back, I discovered it has a fair share of popularity.
