i'm here.. i'll start my lesson now..

First, we must all have a basic understanding about friendship. So, this is the first lesson..

Friendship is a human relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of putting the other's interests before one's own. Their tastes will be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.

Value that is found in friendships are often the result of a friend demonstrating on a consistent basis

* the tendency to desire what is best for you.
* sympathy and empathy
* honesty, perhaps in situations where it may be difficult for others to speak the truth
* mutual understanding

It is often considered that a true friend is capable of deep feelings, which may not be expressed, except in times of great trouble, when they come to your aid.

In a comparison of personal relationships, friendship is considered to be closer than acquaintanceship, although there is a range of degrees of intimacy in both friendships and acquaintances. For many people, friendship and acquaintanceship lie along the same continuum.

The values stated are really important.

wow.. the value of being honest in one's friendship is the greatest of all.. even if it hurts others feelings it is still right to stay the truth and nothing but the truth..

I have sort of a situation thats really ot a situation..
I have a lot of guy friends, and I hang out with them and am really comfortable with them. I love them (like friends)
But some of my girlfriends get really upset about it. They don't think I should have guys for such close friends. I do like a couple of them, but I don't act like it. any advice?

well, i have a problem in my friends....
this my problem:
well, we have this group.. wherein
all of us are transferee...
we are all close... as i close..
but one saturday we had a
hang out on my friend her name is marie
(not her real name) me and paula (not her real name
too) thought only the four of us are going to hang out
with each other... but both of us "shocked" that
trisha, maine, and jhon are going with us..
me and paula, dont feel them...
about our two friends, we feel that they are doing
those things to hang out with them..
just to be popular.. may problem is what am i supposed
to do? and pls tell your opionion and suggest me in
this problem pls...

frankly,,i'll just let my other friends feel that i don't like what they're doing if i were you
by purposely but not directly leaving them
like acting uninterested by their topic
and something like that
if they are your real friends,, they will choose you
but if they aren't, they will not..
