Lain's siyuation

If you were in Lain's situation, would you make the same desision.
and become lonely for how long the world's still lives on.

I don't think I could handle it, I'm not really someone who want's to be with other people every time.
but I can't live without any company around me

I don't really think she's lonely. I think of it as her giving up the two mayas (The wired and the real world) and finally letting go.
The ending actually strikes me as very Hindu...

She erased memories--regarding her--from everyones minds. Simply to renew her situation.

She can see anyone she wants, whenever she wants. They just won't remember her.

I don't think I can handle what Lain did. While I was watching the series I was trying to put myself in to her shoes, it seems really haaard.

If it were me I would've killed myself to think as much as her -.- though her wish was granted in the end -.-
