haha this is an awesome debate topic.
i've noticed that each one has its pros and cons. ok, im not gonna write an essay (i kinda feel like it tho, i have so much to say =P)
but heres my Opinion, summed up:

Kdrama- pros: -really great storyline, really heartfelt, romantic, emotional
cons: hawtt-er actors? or maybe just younger ones =)
Twdrama-pros: -cuuuute, funny -some rlly adorable leads
-kind of draggy, the storyline isnt developed as well
Jdorama- pros: -each ep usually has some type of moral, storyline pretty good, need more rlly good romances! (or maybe i havent watched enought to decide that...if thats the case any suggestions guyys?)
cons: -too short! too hard to choose (on dramawiki there are literally Thousands!)

I'll pick JDrama as my #1 because I've watched a lot of them and enjoyed each and every one. I've watched just a bit of TDramas and my friends love TDramas so that goes for #2. I haven't watched any KDramas so it goes for #3.

Hm, this is just my opinion.

K-dramas I find way too repetitive. It's really hard to to find a K-drama with a unique storyline, as most K-dramas recycle the same old story all over again. Me and my friends talked about this, but they even reuse some of the scenes! So, Korean dramas may be the most dramatic, and the acting may be the best in general, but they have the some of the most unoriginal plotlines. Korean dramas are really pitiful in comparison to Korean movies, which always seemed the be the best of the 3 Asian countries you're specifying.

TW dramas. Hm, I don't have much experience with them, but from what I know, they are the worst actors. Not that over-exaggerated acting is bad, I just find it annoying. TW dramas seem very over-the-top compared to the other two, and I can't seem to take them seriously.

Jdramas. Now this is my area of expertise. I may be a bit biased, but I truly believe in my opinion. Jdramas are the middle-ground between TW and Kdramas. The acting is pretty good, and can be either dramatic or goofy. The things that stand out the most about Jdramas are that their storylines are always the most unique (drama-wise, and not counting movies), and they are short. I love how they range from 9-12 episodes, and barely ever exceed that limit. They are easy to watch, and you rarely have a chance of getting bored midway.
