hmmm, i think naruto will decline the position to become a hokage he might end up like jiraiya sama. jiraiya got the offer 1st but he ended up declining it. "Shikamaru and kakashi is best suited for the position but with kakashi his strongest weapon is also his weakpoint so in my opinion just my own opinion not to go with the storyline Shikamaru is the best choice.

Kakashi's going to replace Tsunade (I'm sure Kakashi's not dead and that can be understood because of the drawings used in the specific chapter (suppose 429)) and then will be Naruto's turn. After all, Naruto wouldn't accept being a hokage without having his friend back, just like Orochimaru did...

Plus he's only 16.
