Imaginary friends are non-existent beings except to the person who created the said being. what strives them to create these things can be lonliness, being a crazy, using more than the recommended amount of medication, or having a brain tumor. Younger people are more likely to have imaginary friends but many older people are known to have said beings as well. Mostly people with more creative minds would have a higher chance to have a imaginary friend than a realistic type person which would add to my theory of younger people being more likely to have said beings so in conclusion imaginary friends are non-existent beings that the person who created it believe are real which can be found when there is a creative optimistic person more likely with younger children though people with a special condition might be able to believe in one.
I'm getting out of hand here I had an imaginary friend it was a boy with white feathered-wings and believed in justice more than anything else
