Personally i would choose Shinto cuz defending is great support and your never the one that is the striker, you get to save people

I don't think that my favourite would come from one of those,
Mine would probably be Rune Magic, as in itching runes on stuff to cast spells, pretty much like the Norse culture
if I have to choose from a type present in the series, then Alchemy would be best
