I think it's only the eyes.

It's not fair to compair it to her high school pictures. If you compare it that way, I can also say Utada got a plastic surgery. (Compare her cover for 'First love' single with the cover for 'Passion' single.)

Besides, it's common for artist to go for plastic surgery. Just hope that there woudn't be another Michael Jackson.

she does seem kinda "plastic" but the pics of her when she was much younger arent rlly different than what she looks like now, just some teeth fixing and major makeup improvement Image
