It happens to ALOT. and you're blaming over population only on people having babies, the fact that we're living longer is also a reason. Diseases are there to CURB the population, and though I do think we should find the cures for cancer and other such diseases, the fact we are living longer is JUST as much to blame as the fact as people having kids. You act as if they're horrible little creatures, and while that may be true, its always the parents who are to blame. Kids may not always be fun, but they give you their love and all that. anyway, I do agree with you at times on how you feel about kids, but just because thats how you feel right now, you most likely won't feel that way all your life. PS: You seem like a miserable person. You didn't ask to be born? Sounds as if you need some one to talk to.

I have yet to meet a parent who regrets having a child in their life even if they were not planned. I am pregnant with my first kid and I will tell you that I HATED the idea of having kids until about 2 years ago (this pregnancy stuff is still for the birds), but after being with the same person for 10 years, we were ready to move to that next stage in our life and have a kid share our life with. I personally have always loved the idea of adoption, but unfortunately the state system makes it almost impossible to adopt a child. However, if we do decide to add a second child to the family then it will definately be through adoption no matter how many freaking hoops the state will make us jump through.
