YOu guys really should refer to the manga.
1. Tobi (Uchiha Madara) because of he is the real mastermind of Akatsuki and possesor of the ultimate Sharingan. (Pein kisses his ass.)
2. Pein (Nagato) THe supposed leader of Akasuki who can control gravity and can deflect any form of attack...well anyway his clones almost kills KAKASHI.
3. Konan - By so far, the strongest female ninja of them all. Is currently the second in command of Pein. She has paper based abilities.

Actually Tsunade is stronger than Konan , cause she is a sannin like Jiraiya was and Jiraiya stopped Konan with one attack and made her useless if it wasn't for Pein ,Jiraiya could easily knock her out

that was what rock lee did to sasuke before the chuunin exams . punch kick also not from naruto but in bleach there is kenpachi and he doesn't have any special attacks or anything but he destroys everyone with only sheer force
