Most of the badass female characters have crazy wacko faces when i like the crazy calm face lie in Gunslingergirl minus the little girl faces.
All these school uniforms, when i was in high school i hated my school uniform. Why are they always wearing uniforms even on the weekends?

For the same reason most characters in animation (be it anime, or animation from the U.S. or other countries) always wear the same outfit: It is easier to animate when the character model doesn't change.

Fillers in the middle of a big arc (Naruto, and Bleach do this often), too many panty scenes (like 5 times in one episode), generic characters, and when the plots get too confusingly weird (Demon King Daimao hated that one), but thats pretty much it.

I watch alot of Romance animes, mostly School life / Slice of life. The thing that always bothers me is that the guys seem to be superhumans, stalker and no-lifers.
I shall explain myself! Without mentioning any specific anime, just think of this scene "The girl is at her part-time work, and for some reason she has to work overtime. But when she comes out some hours later the guy is standing outside waiting for her"
Well maybe this is not as extreme, but i think you get the point? Like guys running around the town for half a day searching for a girl when they could have just called her or something?
Sure, guys can do alot of crazy things for a Girl. But some of the things you see in anime is just to much.
I don't mind them always being there in the right time, always saving the girl and such. That is needed to give them the image of a perfect guy. But yeah, they shouldnt be theese superhumans with a shiiiiiiit load more patience than a normal guy would have.

Fanservice because it is the one thing that I just can't explain to people/my fiance when she sees me watching it. They walk by and see big boobs bouncing on the laptop and they just roll their eyes. I generally try to avoid anime with a lot of fanservice for that reason but also because it's probably not worth watching in the first place.

What I hate most?
Some of the animes have really dumb guys,
they can't fight and always crying,
like with Mirai Nikki.
It took me a few episodes to get over that.
