= These are are ingredients for the polyjuice potion:
Bicorn horn, Snake scales, Boomslang skin, and a sample of the person that u want (hair, toe-nail..etc)

= it can change the appearance of a person
= it will only last one hour

Goodie! Potions! I wonder, Professor- do you want me to answer your "HW" questions? Or will you create another assignment? Well allow me to do those two anyway.

Polyjuice potion; lacewing flies, powedered bicorn horn, shredded boomslang skin, leeches, knotgrass, fluxweed (picked at full moon), and a hair or something or other of the person you desire to transform into.
Upon the dosage- you are given an hour for the potions effect. Afterwords is wears off- unless you are given another dose- then the hours can go on for quite some time (as long as you have enough proper polyjuice potion)

Felix Felicis Potion; Bascially a potion of pure Luck (both parts of the name are Latin and directly translated to luck). Side Effects, can cause you to be giggly, cocky (to a dangerous extent) and can cause recklessness when taken. Can also be deadly in large doses.
