About sex scandal. I dont think he is completely at fault. Im assuming that all the ladies gave him persmission to take pics of them so they should've been more cautious. I do feel bad for the ladies not wanting to be "exposed" but i guess that's what happens when you do not think before you act. Regarding him resigning from HK showbiz, it's just ridiculous. Comon, give that guy a break...beside, it wasn't him that released the pics. Also, for being so young and having had so many women makes him even more attractive in the sense that he can get the ladies and he must be good at it. LOL |

Me too, I thought Kimora is pure Korean. I always think that she uses fake tan to make herself looks darker. Apparently that's her real skin color LOL |

There's absolutely nothing racist about that comment at all. technically calling someone black is racist, its better to say half african american and half european In what country? I'm black not african-american. If I was african-american my family would have to be from Africa which they aren't. only my ancestors are. so technically it's not racist. and americans won't take that much time to say european. believe me. "black" is the colour of your skin, there is no such nationality as "black" calling yourself or someone else black is basically calling them by their skin colour. if your black it doesnt mean you have to be african american, you could be indian or brazilian or any other nationality where majority of the population has a dark skin tone. when you say only your ancestors are african american but your ... say just purely american b'cos you were raised there ... it has nothing to do with wat i meant about calling someone black. Its the same as a friend of mine, she's a decendant of the indian race but her nationality is british this is only because she was brought up and raised under the laws and cultures of england (and having her citizenship being placed in england), it has nothing to do with what her skin colour is. hence being british doesn't mean she has to be a caucasian. but i'm just saying, in public its better not to say things that way incase of any misunderstandings with racism or discrimination ... Wow, are you serious? lol I guess it's not as politically correct to say "white" or "black", but it's certainly not racist. I mean, white people call themselves white all the time, and black people call themselves black all the time, so calm down xD well ya, if you call them "white" or "black" it's racism.. especially when you say that to a very educated african-american man/woman. in my observation, only euro call others white.. african-american call othe a-a black or niggah but when we use that to them, it's offenseful. What if the person's British? :| Therefore that logic doesn't work. What Black-British person would refer to themself as "African American". If you refer to someone as being black, without directing it as an insult, it's not racism. Simple as. It's more offensive to call every black person African, because then you'll definately offend someone. you can call them african-british. simple as that. In Britain, there's no such race. On the forms you fill out, it says Black-British. Therefore, that must be correct. Or everyone would be suing the forms. If someone's not from African decent, let's say Jamaican, I'm sure they'll actually find it rude to be called African. By beating around the bush, it's indirectly becoming rude. It's like not wanting to say the colour black altogether. In conclusion, the word "Black" when referring to someone, is not offensive. And neither is it seen as being politically incorrect. It's a skin colour. You're not going to refer to someone as being a race they're not, so the easiest way around it is "black". coz here, it's a racial case. that's all i know. havent been to england or whatnot but for me, the easiest is just call em from their nationality. dont need their race/ethnicity or anysort. To be honest, it really just depends on the person. My grandfather was this really stubborn half-indian, half-black man who lived in America refused to be called African-American, but rather, black. So I can see your point, but it shouldn't be claimed to be a racial thing. No one will be arrested for calling someone "black". Or sued. Because, if the person is black, why are they taking offense, unless they're ashamed of their colour? im not of african descent so i dont really know. but, i guess it depends on a person. in our school here, our teachers doesnt like to adress people "black". that's what they said so we follow it. Wow..Black can be used to describe someone or used in a racial term it just depends on how you use it...Im jamaican and my skin tone is black and im very much proud of it....anyways HALLE BERRY is very pretty and one of the best actress out there.. Congrats to her baby and her boyfriend.☺ |
