I think an adaption of Yotsuba&! would top my cuteness meter. Whenever I need a pick-me-up I read a few chapters and I'm as right as rain.

Moe Kare really needs to be adapted into an anime. I loved it so much. u _ u

World Embryo i think if done right could be pretty good

The big one that I would like to see is Sayonara Piano Sonata. (Though, I'd rather see all of the light novels adapted rather than the manga adaptation that only covers the first novel.) The problem with it? Licensing for the music they would require for the anime. They use songs by artists like the Beatles, Led Zepplin, Queen, and other prominent rock groups. Many of the songs could be replaced, but the one that is absolutely required is the back-breaker. "Blackbird" by The Beatles is essential to the plot of the story and the cost would be prohibitive to say the least. In the manga version, there was even a statement by the author that there was practically no chance of it ever being made as anime in one of the author's note/omake sections.

Other than that, the two new projects by the author of Toradora:
Golden Time - a light novel series that has a relatively new manga adaptation. Great story so far, fantastic characters, great art! Kind of a Toradora! at the college level feel to it. The characters are a bit more mature, and less mature, at the same time. The only knock on it is the amnesia sub-plot with the main character, but so far she has handled that really well, and it actually worked in the first novel.

Evergreen - Another story that has a sick main character, which usually is a downer for me, but so far I like it. It only has about 7 chapters so far though, so it is far too early to think about anime. The main characters are good, art is very nice, and the story, so far, is a sweet romantic comedy. The low self-esteem of the main character is almost too pronounced, but having been there back when I was a teen, it isn't very far from accurate. By the time I was in high school, if someone told me that the prettiest girl in school that I had crushed on all through middle school was interested in me, I would have told them to get a new supplier, because whatever they are taking is giving them seriously bad delusions!

The breaker..
But gore manga should not be adapt into anime, cuz they will remove all the gore and it will be dispointed

The Breaker and The Breaker: New Waves

A Yotsuba&! anime would be the cutest ting ever made. I really want that to be adapted into an anime. Also, Clover by CLAMP. It's not very long, so I would settle for a movie or an OVA series. The art is just too pretty.
