Hot Gimmick is one that I would love to see in anime format. I would also enjoy an anime adaptation of Destiny's Hand and Itadakimasu. Skip Beat already has an anime, but I wish they would release the second season. They also need a second season of Chihayafuru.

I have been reading Liar Game and was surprised to find it had a Korean drama made of it, but was never adapted as an anime...what the heck?

I think that they should make an adaption of Beauty Pop. I have always loved that manga, an adaption would be awesome.
Also, an adaption of Kitchen Princess. I like this a lot too, less that Beauty Pop, but still a lot (:
For some reason, I want a remake of Rave Master's anime. The anime stopped halfway where the manga was, so they should make it again with better art animation and complete the whole manga!
