I'd like to see a proper adaptation of I''s, not a half-assed half-cour that completely removes some important characters and drastically reduces the screentime of most others. And I'll throw out a desire for more seasons of Sekirei and Heaven's Lost Property while I'm at it.

Doubt / Rabbit Doubt (and its sequel, Judge)

I'd cry tears of joy if this ever got adapted into a short series, or even just a movie.

(Quick synopsis from it's wiki article.)
The series focuses on the "Rabbit Doubt" cell phone game, with rules similar to Mafia. The players must find the wolf, or killer, amongst their group of rabbits as they are picked off one-by-one. Six players of this game find themselves trapped in a building with one of the group already dead; to avoid the same fate, the remaining five must play a real-life game of "Rabbit Doubt" and find the wolf hiding among them.

It was a very fun read.

I would say more Rozen Maiden but that wish has already been granted. If you don't believe me then look it up on Anime News Network.
I would wish for a remake of Rosario + Vampire cause the manga gets really good. The existing anime was a piece of crap. Oh and more Gakuen Alice. The anime only covers about 40 chapters of the manga. it gets good after that point and very dark and full of suspense.
Besides these, the one i want to be anime would have to be Arisa by Natsumi Ando. She also did the art for Kitchen Princess (that one too). It just ended this summer and I can see 26 episodes coming out of it.

SYNOPSIS:
Arisa and Tsubasa are twin sisters separated by their parents' divorce. Tsubasa, the older twin, lives with her father while Arisa goes to live with her mother. Though they never see each other, they keep contact through letters. Tsubasa, while being very girly at heart, she's also hot-tempered, dyes her hair blonde (which is seen as being a delinquent in their culture) and can easily pin a guy to the ground. She's earned the nickname "Demon Princess' at school. Arisa on the other hand is the class rep, popular, and the perfect model student.

Three years later, the sisters, now 14 years old and in junior high, decide to meet each other secretly. While they talk about school life, Arisa makes a suggestion for Tsubasa to "be her for a day". So Tsubasa dons a red wig and goes to Arisa's school posing as her. She meets all of Arisa's friends, including her boyfriend, and is able to keep up the ruse. When she gets home, and tells Arisa how wonderful her class is, Arisa suddenly gets cryptic, telling Tsubasa she "doesn't know their secret". She then falls out the window, attempting suicide. She falls into a coma, and Tsubasa, determined to uncover what pushed Arisa over the edge, dons the wig again and goes to Arisa's school in her place. She discovers her seemingly perfect sister has been keeping dark secrets.
