Logia is Powerful but I will stick with Paramecia XD. But depending on the user if he/she will be too dependent on his ability or rather train his body for strength, vitality, etc. For example Luffy trained mentally and physically while maintaining his fruit ability's capability.

I know Logia's weakness is natural properties opposite to that fruit.

My only guess, I don't know if this were true but I think Logias were have their opposites in Paramecia. As you can recall Eneru, a Logia user was, shocked for Luffy was haven't been affected by his electrical attacks. So if another possibility that Admiral Kisaru and Alivida( who ate sube sube no mi giving her a slippery ability) fight each other, will Kisaru's attack will just be repelled by alvida... hmmm... or Aokiji vs Don Achino(Ice Hunter Filler Arc)... or is just my wavering ideas.

Oh by the way... I wonder If Dragon D. Monkey has an ability same with clouds(Thunder, Wind, Water, Sound, Fog, Ice) hmm...

Logia type is probably the strongest. They said once that the Goro Goro no Mi was the strongest fruit. Except against rubber of course. lol

every logia user that's been introduced has been a really cocky punk about there powers to the point that they think they're gods. (eneru), i mean who wouldnt be? you cant be touched because your body is of that element so naturally your gonna think your invincible. but what happens when someone like luffy finds your weakness? what are you going to resort to? trying to recover once they exploit that weakness is gonna be a helluva rough fight cuz youve never thought that maybe someone out there is my kryptonite. you think the odds of someone finding your weakness are zero to none. theres no such thing as a fair fight. theyre not gonna let up tell you cant get up, or die. plus, haki has shown that non devil fruit users can overcome those with fruits by using it to numb, or nullify the devil fruit users ability. it can even be used to predict someones next attack, or enchant a weapon with immense power. (refer to manga)

to get back on topic though, i think all the fruits are balanced. at least in my eye. it just depends on how you can manipulate your fruit to the utmost. theres tons ways to do it and lots of room for exploitation. best example here is luffy. who wouldve thought to pump blood from your legs to the rest of your body to increase your metabolism by ??%. making you nearly 4x as strong and fast... (gear 2), your body wouldnt explode from the immense pressure your blood vessels and organs are taking from the fast blood flow because your body is rubber, remember? (gear 3)... biting into the thumb of your hand deep enough to penetrate the bone to literally "blow" it up into a balloon and expand your bones because theyre rubber, remember? gear 2 and 3 combined = overkill. anyone hit by that is gonna be knockin on heavens door,
