Athrun and Kira is so hot! Gundam SEED is a remake of the original Gundam with sympathetic characters and everything that was revolutionary about it removed. Gundam SEED DESTINY is what Zeta gundam would have been had Tomino been a syphilitic leper who played favorites. A humongous problem with SEED/DESTINY is that they lack impressive memorable characters like Char, Camille, Amuro, Scirocco, Emma, and Bright. Compared to them people like Kira, Athrun, Shinn, Rau, Lunamaria, and Murrue all fall flat on their faces. Hard. Also I predict that you are a 13-year-old-girl judging by your random fangirling of pretty but bland characters and rather incoherent emoticon filled posts. Therefore report back in about 2 years after watching better anime.

GW is the best gundam anime in like ever, all those characters, Heero, Duo and co. no one can compare to them, especially Kira and Athrun and co. PS: love to all Gundam Wing fans!

Tell me to watch better anime in 2 years after you have watched more anime than me not just mecha!

Wing is only that popular in places like North America and Canada since its was officially the first Gundam series to be brought over from Japan... In Japan its mostly about Universal Century Gundam.

Well that makes sense, yeah. If Seed were the first to be introduced, then we'd probably say the same thing about Wing. At least the characters are a little more lively in Seed.

Destiny though was complete an utter garbage. Most of the past Gundam were far superior to Seed and 00 Gundam right now is far superior also. It's a decent watch but beyond that it doesn't compare once you've actually seen other Gundam shows.

Nothing good about that series, I watched all, and won't be spending-or wasting-time watching it over again. It's at the bottom, along with Destiny, G Gundam-yeah, it was very bad. The characters were stupid, and really lame. Plot, well, worse than any gundam plot. The mecha was eh, okay good, but of course, good mecha doesn't mean, good show!

Yeah, Seed/Destiny sucked. But not all 13 14 15 16 year old kids liked Seed/Destiny. It's not cool to judge ALL little kids because a few of them liked it so damn much. Right? She's right, mecha is a small category of anime, compared to others. So a gundam fan might not be the best to say "report back in about 2 years after watching better anime".
