Lol I was just saying in another thread that the only Gundam I have seen is Seed Destiny, and I thought it was pretty good. Out of curiosity what are the best ranked Gundams?
I just started watching Gundam 00 and it seems good so far.
the majority of old school fans rank Zeta, 08th MS Team, and Char's Counterattack in the five with the others varying a bit.
Gundam 00 is very good so far and has a strong old school feel

Gundam SEED and Destiny both lack actual character development, and also lacks an original story line behind it. Sure SEED and Destiny bring they viewers out to space, but hasn't most of the Gundam series. I'm not going to totally disagree with people but both series should only deserve atleast a 4.5/10 due to lack of a creative point of new, becuase it's basicly like Gundam Wing, but has different Gundams and lamer characters. But really using that ability that the Cowardinators have, isn't that kind of unfair. Using that they really don't need any skill to pilot the Gundam. But none-the-less it was an alright series, it would have been more suited as a romance series though.

well just for all those ppl who thnk they are gundam experts i have seen all of them and i think seed is one of the better ones seed destiny sucked but seed was pretty good my personal favorites are the older UC ones like 0083 and 0080 but i liked the plot line it really shows the reality of human nature and hate not best of all time but pretty good and in case anybody wants to challenge me and call me a noob dont even start i havnt seen all mecha animes but iv seen almost all of them and personally i like the older ones better the stories are better and i like the old graphics i like the real artwork it just brings a more real look to it the new ones all they are is flashy looks and pumping up stories that arent that god i mean theyr not bad but i like the older stuff

I can't bite you. You sound like you've watched more Gundam series than Wing or SEED.

I've tried watching both Gundam Seed and (some of) destiny, but about 2/3 way through I really found myself wondering about the lack of a real plotline.. If you're really into the whole mecha thing you'd probably enjoy this series, but there is not much more to it.. well, it's just my opinion of course.. |
