Being a man doesn't mean being a brute. Yes, hard work, sweating, sports, those are all manly. But being manly doesn't mean being rough or unrefined. A man has to take care of himself, be polite, be responsible. A real man doesn't have to proclaim his manhood. At the same time, I don't see why a guy should have to have perfect nails or any of that. He just needs to be clean and smell good. But I know what you mean about "pussified" guys. Those dudes that can't stand heavy work or getting dirty. They're the kind of guys that would never be able to go hunting.

O.k. heres the deal. Lately it seems that alot of guys are becoming pussified. and whats worse is that it seems that all girls are hung up on this look. there's even a thread about one of these panzies, my brother tells me that i need to change if i want a woman, but i refuse because i am a man. I like to sweat when i work, i like to get my hands dirty and i dont mind the scares i get from it. the only time i use a mirror is to shave and brush my teeth, i don't wear makeup of any kind, but i will wear a pink shirt because if its man enough for John Wayne by god its man enough for me.

so here's the question.
Men are you alright with this pussification?
and
Weman why do you find it so attractive?

why do you care and can you elaborate on what you mean. Give examples?
oh and I prefer a sensitive and open guy to a testosterone pumped he-man because I personally feel they'd understand me better and actually listen to me

alright an example: my brothers best friend he doesn't like to sweat or get dirty cause it makes him feel "sticky" he spends more time in front of the mirror than my ex-girlfriend. he uses various types of lotion to keep his hands soft.and the way he carries himself is genrally girly, but he is not gay.
and the reason it gets on my nerves i guess is the same reason why most prissy girls don't useually get along with tomboys. they are opisites that have little to nothin in common. to me that kinda guy seems unreliable and theres no common ground or anything to relate too

well don't hang out with them if you have nothing in common

-.-' "pu**ified" sounds extreme i prefer it being something more like "low profile" (?) Besides whats your definition for those who are not "pu**ified" must we go bullying the weak to exploit our brute strength?, picking fights so you can show of you scars? jumping of buildings, trying to stop a truck from speeding with your bare hands and stuff like that just to prove your "Man" enough to do so ?-.-. people like you might probably think going jail is like going to heaven and those who dwell in it a real man.

Whats wrong with it if people like it. i think a little is ok, like the hair styles, and what if it looks better on some people. People always say i look better with long hair, so why not?

I dunno it's prob cause girls have an easier time relating to guys who are a lil more on the feminine side?
I know that's true for me, I mean I don't really wanna chill with a guy who is all URR HURR FOOTBALL AND CARS.
The makeup bit, I dunno about that.
Buuut as for looking good, it's kinda expected that girls look good, and it's kind of refreshing to see a guy who puts in some kind of effort as well.
Plus, well, if you put in effort to look better, you end up looking better. And girls will go for the more attractive ones.

Thats not true. I was board so i tested it out. I styled myself alot and got girls to help me so i looked good, and acted really shy. Then later i made myself not look that great but i acted more outgoing, and girls seemed to like me better the second time, even though i looked alot worse then before.

you took better care of your appearance a bit more .

That's probably because you acted really shy.
Every guy I know that's well made-up who has girls all over him is good looking and also has an incredibly outgoing personality, etc.
You need both.
Girls like guys with confidence and a good personality, not shy timid fags.

why do u call shy people fags. i mean there not the worst, guys that are complete jerks are worse in my opinion. Although girls tend to like them better, so i guess if i was a jerk i'd get more then right?

lol I should've worded it better. That was a little harsh to say I guess. I personally just don't like shy guys all that much. They're frustrating to deal with.
And as for the jerk thing...
I dunno girls just seem to go for the alpha male personality type.
Not necessarily jerks, though. Girls don't like being treated badly, just like anyone else.
The best thing you can have is confidence and be casual.
Don't take things to extremes on either the shy side or the overbearing side.
If you want girls to like you, just be someone they can relate to.

Depends how you define man really. If you're the sterotypical man that would refuse to shed a tear as emotion is for panzies then I'd personally rather be a panzy.

As it is I am a man, I do have my good fair share of feminine traits, but that doesn't meam I'm not manly. I have a violent streak, I may be cleanliness obsessed, but I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, I like a bit of rough housing and yes, the female figure turns me on.

If you want to know WHY some women prefer to be with a panzy than a prick is most likely because of their own emotions. if they're constantly poruing their heart out they want someone who'll comfort them in their time of need and not flog them off to go the pub with the boys. The key is that you want to balance both traits, so that you can be a kind comforting man to your partner, but not so emotional that suddenly she's stronger than you are. That doesn't make you any less of a man now does it?

I guess, plus from natures perspective, shy guys would be the first ones to die. As to how I relate to girls I have a question. Like alot of girls get a crush on me and if they like me, then they really really like me alot, but if a girl doesn't like me, it's like never never gonna happen no matter what i do, so i don't know what that means?
