I don't see kanam as evil at all. Someone who is evil wouldn't try and protecct innocent people like kaname does. Here's an example recently of kaname getting people out of harms way. http://www.mangareader.net/vampire-knight/74/29 To me someone who is evil wouldn't be concerned over people they don't know, yet kaname is here taking precautions for strangers safety. He's not exactly an angel either as we know his hands are tainted, fallen angel would probably be a more apt description, but he most certainly isnt evil. For one i don't think yuuki would believe in him if he was or takuma for that matter.
On topic: I see the most charming character as being kaname, as he is a refined gentleman that could easily charm many people due to his looks, charisma, prescence, actions and words.
