I got my ear pierced when I was about 12.. After a while the hole just closed up, but I'm thinking I'll get it done again. Just a small diamond stud though, with my looks, that suits me best.

If they could pull it off, sure, I don't mind.
As long as they don't look like someone from a rock band.

..like, face it, some kpop boys look cute with them ear piercings. c;

I got stretched earlobes and some flesh tunnels, but I wish I wouldn't have done it... Not because I don't like it, just because it's such a fucking hipster thing.

Don't really care about what other guys do, live and let live. I'll say that I generally think no guys should ever wear diamond studs as I've never seen anyone pull it off and looks like you're trying a little too hard. Hoops and studs are alright in my book though and can look pretty great if you can pull it off, long hair tends to help that in my opinion.

So earrings good, jewel encrusted ones no

I'm a guy and I don't like earrings. There are some guys that can sport them like pirates or that one photo above, but personally I don't particularly care when a guy puts studs in his ear.

I think it's creepy, and I really don't understand why some guys get earrings.

We live in a generation where fashion is a tool for self expression, it's not just a necessity anymore.

Nothing wrong with guys having earrings, all personal preference really.

My Bf got his pierced before I met him and I didn't even know until he put one in. At first I wasn't sure what to think, but now I find it actually suits him.

My brother who is as straight as they come has stretchers in both ears (not massive plugs, which I find creepy btw), he has a lip ring, a tongue ring and even had an eyebrow ring before it was ripped out. He likes them, it bugs me cause I couldn't imagine the pain.

Personally I think small hoops look best with longish hair and studs best with short hair. Just my opinion.

The ear stretchers are something I'd never encourage cause they ruin your ears. Holes fill in cartlidge doesn't fix itself if you go too big.

Then again I'm not big on wearing a lot of man jewelry. If takes you a lot of time to take all yours off its probably too much for my taste. I wear a thin simple leather cuff bracelet a close friend gave me, a simple silver ring, and a silver triquetra necklace most days. The only piece thats on me almost 24/7 is my ring.

I'd say you shouldn't have multiples of too many items.ex: two sets of earrings, along with 3 bracelets, 3 rings, and a necklace. Try to only have multiples of one or two types of jewelry and go light on the rest.

I seldomly see any dudes wearing earrings. Its a social stigma to wear them and someone may think your gay. I don't thing its creepy or have a problem with it . If you don't care what others think and you like them well.. wear them. boys, girls, lizards or monkeys doesn't matter we have to quit being conformist.

I guess my issue is not that I care whether a guy wears earrings but rather I wish that they wear them well. When people look terrible I always feel bad for them. Girls are much better at picking out earrings that suit them and girls let each other know if something looks bad on them. So I'd advise guys who want earrings to take a girl shopping with them or a guy whos fashion sense you agree with.

Was it the left or right ear that meant he was gay?

Well I probably can't say much as I do infact have my ear peirced and am probably bias or will at least seem that way.

But Goomoonryong may have a point with what he said. The fact I am wearing a plain black hoop and have long hair could well be why people seem to think I carry it off well.

So really I'd say the same many others have, it's down to the individual and the earings chosen. Studs and plain hoops tend to go with anything but more extravagant designs with wrong outfit can seem a bit creepy, as well that one time I saw somone in full biker gear wearing the most femanine looking pair of earings ever.
That was a little weird, but it thats what he liked then who am I to judge.

Although the fact I'm trypanophobic amases me to this day that I managed it, so perhaps it was just a bid to get over it. (it failed )
