Do you think Japanese People are the only ones who can become "Manga Artists"?

it's just that...i guess you could say that ONLY JAPANESE ARTISTS HAVE THE RIGHT to draw mangas. it's a JAPANESE thing. it would be insulting if non-japanese try to take that away from the japanese.

ya but if a Japanese person played football or or hockey or soccer would it be right for us to yell at them or do anything to them, of course not, even if non-Japanese people can't do it even though lots can, why should it just be Japanese people making manga they brought it to the rest of the world why cant this world just share and be kind!!!!! if u disagree or i dont make sense reply i just thought this might help with something or other.

I'm not from japan or japanese and I wouldn't mind being a manga artist (though i can't draw so thats a set-back) but anyway if you check the manga section of bookstores they have american manga artists, just not as many!

i don't think just anyone can become a mangaka because in order to create the manga one has to be exposed to the Japanese culture. The kind of experience with the culture in my opinion can't be made in a few years. It's not easy to become one with some culture and understand it fully or know it by heart. so i think we should just leave it to the pros who are Japanese XD just my opinion.

No Koreans too. (Ever heard of Good luck?) But I gotta say Japanese are the best at it, in the future in won't be so...''exclusive''

Same for food... Hot dogs - Americans where experts at it and it got around the world. There's a lot of concrete examples but I don't have the time for it now.

The japanese manga are just the most famous there are other manga, American, Korean, Chinese, and others.
